Living Biography ProjectWe will conclude our study of history, by thinking like historians and researching a famous and important person from the past or present. Students will use their critical thinking skills to find and share information. This assignment is due on Sunday December 13th (4A & 4B) OR Monday December 14th (4C & 4D). For homework, students should choose 5 people that they would be interested in researching. I will look at students' choices, and assign each a different person. I understand that some people may be not be here the last week of classes. If students do not attend class during this final week, they must turn in the project early, on Thursday December 10. Attached below is the research packet that students received in class. The notes and writing assignment will be done IN CLASS. Students must bring their research materials and information to class every day. Use these websites to find information:
Unit 4 Lesson 3: Famous HistoriansThis week we will quickly discuss famous historians. Students should read pages 65 & 66. They should answer the questions on page 39. These pages will be checked on Thursday November 26.
